To preserve the edge and longevity of your knives, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap and drying immediately. Avoid dishwashers and use a wooden or soft plastic cutting board to prevent blade dulling.

What is your return policy on culinary tools?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used for food preparation unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Chef & a knife ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All our premium knives and cookware come with a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
